Throughout the ARACNE+ project, the partner entities have organized coordination meetings in the different participating countries.
On 27th-28th November 2017, the first meeting of the project was held in Madrid (Spain). During this meeting the partner entities were presented, the tasks of the ARACNE+ project, as well as the planning of the meetings, communication and dissemination activities.
The next meeting was held in Pistoia (Italy), from the 14th to the 16th of March 2018. In that meeting, the advanced work in the project during the first months was discussed, the training course started to be organized (both face to face and on-line) and other tasks were reviewed such as the dissemination of the project, next meetings, etc.
The third meeting took place in Oporto (Portugal), on the 23rd and 24th of January 2019. Work continued on the development of the intellectual products (results) of the project, as well as on the training course for trainers. Issues related to the Interim Report to be submitted to SEPIE (National Agency Erasmus+ in Spain) and the management of the project were also addressed.
The penultimate coordination meeting of the project was held in Piraeus (Greece), from the 10th to the 11th of September 2019. During this meeting, all the partner organisations reviewed the work done so far, agreed on the work plan for the last months of the project and started to organise the final closing event of the project, as well as talking about other management and coordination tasks of the project.
The last meeting of the project took place in Madrid, Spain, on the 21st February 2020, ending the implementation of the project. At this meeting, the development and organization of the multiplier event was assessed, as well as the work done and the cooperation achieved. Ideas for improving the sustainability and exploitation of the project were also shared. In this sense, the partner entities agreed to carry out a new edition of the ARACNE training course for trainers throughout 2020.
