The Employment Agency of Madrid is a Local Public Administration, which has more than 300 workers and manages the employment policies of the City of Madrid. The Madrid Employment Agency develops a series of actions and measures to guide, employ and train the unemployed and thus improve their opportunities for access to the labour market, either as employees or as self-employed workers.
CSCS is a vocational training provider, active in the field of research on labour market and pedagogic innovation, as well as in the promotion of transnational cooperation on technical education and training.
Located in hearth of Tuscany, in the north-centre of Italy, CSCS is a Vocational Training and Research Centre, accredited by Regional Government and officially appointed by the European Commission as a Lead Intermediary Organisation of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs network, the latest new cross-border business exchange European programme.
CSCS, as a training centre accredited by the Regional Government, provides initial vocational training, continuous training for businesses, vocational guidance and counselling and apprenticeship courses.
CSCS operates under a Quality Assurance System ISO Vision 9001 for: “design and supply of vocational training courses: compulsory education, further education, higher and continuous training, apprenticeship. Design and supply of mobility educational programmes (study visits and work placements) (EA37)”. CSCS Quality Management Assurance System is certified by TUV.
IDEC is a consulting firm based in Piraeus, Greece. Its activities consist of training, management consulting and development of ICT solutions for the private and public sector. IDEC’s clients are companies from a wide variety of sectors, as well as schools, NGOs, universities, etc. It cooperates with more than 800 institutes across Europe and with about 300 experts in specific fields.
IDEC has an accredited lifelong learning centre and organises continuous training courses for teachers and trainers, study visits and informal learning activities for students in initial education and training, and offers training courses and placements for vocational training students and people in the labour market.
IDEC has been active for the last 20 years in the field of EU projects. Through its dual role as an educational provider and as a management consultant, IDEC has been able to incorporate the best practices of the business sector into education, adjusting them to the spirit of an open, sustainable and accessible education for all.
Especially at European level, IDEC participates in EU projects in the field of lifelong learning related to pedagogy and innovation in teaching, creation of learning contents, use of innovative ICT tools in education (virtual learning environments, use of tablets in classrooms) etc.
The Universidad Portucalense Infante D. Henrique (UPT) is a private institution of higher education, created in June 1986, with headquarters in Porto. The UPT is organized into four departments: 1) Law, 2) Psychology and Education, 3) Tourism, Heritage and Culture, and 4) Economics, Management and Information Technology.
